Begin your day with a pickup from your Ponta Delgada hotel at 9am, where you will embark on an off-road 4x4 tour through the northeast countryside. Learn about the island's geologic history and explore the most well-preserved area for endemic species. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant with typical Azorean cuisine before heading to rugged headlands and rocky shorelines to witness waterfalls and the force of nature. Throughout the day, your guide will take you to various stops including Povoação village, Tronqueira, Ponta do Sossego viewpoint, and more. Enjoy the stunning views of the sea and experience the natural beauty of the Azores. Stop at a tea factory for a tasting before being dropped back off at your hotel. This small group tour offers attentive service, insider tips from a local guide, and the chance to explore the culture and cuisine of the Azores. Highlights of this boat adventure include off-roading in a jeep, exploring off-the-beaten-path locations, and learning about the cultural traditions and cuisine of the Azores. Lunch, pickup and drop-off from your hotel, a driver/guide, and tea tasting are included in the tour. Please note that entrance fees to thermal pools and natural parks are not included, and a minimum of 2 people per booking is required. Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of EUR 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental.
