Embark on a self-guided paddling adventure on the St. Johns River with a 6-hour duration starting at 8:30 AM at Blue Spring State Park in Orange City, FL. Perfect for those looking for a full day of fun on the water, guests can choose from single kayaks, tandem kayaks, or 2-seat and 3-seat canoes. Please note that boats are launched from a beach, so be prepared for your feet to get wet during the launch process. Included in the rental are the boat(s), paddle(s), life jacket(s), area map, and whistle. It is essential to arrive early to the park, as it often reaches capacity right when it opens at 8 AM during peak visitation. Reservations more than 30 minutes late will be cancelled, and boats will be reassigned. Boats must stay between St. Johns green river markers 69 and 77, and no watercraft is allowed in Spring Run during Manatee Season from November 15th, 2023, to April 1st, 2024. For safety reasons, guests must stay in their boat with life jackets fastened at all times during the rental. Swimming and landing at any other beach, including French Landing, is prohibited. Guests must be 18 years or older to book, and a photo ID is required for each renter 18 years and older. Minors must have a legal parent or guardian present, and those 14 years and older can be in a single kayak with adult supervision. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
