To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, we require accurate weight information at the time of booking. Passenger weights are crucial for balancing the aircraft and assigning seating based on approved FAA guidelines. Guests weighing 250 lbs. or more will be subject to a $150 comfort surcharge to secure an additional seat for weight and balance purposes. Those weighing 300 lbs. or more must make reservations for the larger Astar Helicopter to accommodate their needs. Our pilots prioritize safety and will provide the best viewing experience possible under current weather conditions and FAA regulations. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
