With mild class II rapids and a delicious snack included, it's a great way to relax and unwind in nature. Participants should come prepared for the Northern California weather, which can be warm and sunny in the summer but unpredictable in the spring. It is recommended to bring an extra layer for warmth, sandals or tennis shoes with rubber soles, suitable swimming attire, sunscreen, and a refillable water bottle. Flip flops are not permitted on whitewater trips for safety reasons.
