Embark on a 3-hour adventure through the historic and picturesque Waterlemon Cay on the east side of Leinster Bay in St John. This family-friendly hike takes you along the flat, mile-long Leinster Bay Trail, showcasing Danish ruins such as plantations and guard houses, as well as stunning natural beauty. The trail ends near Waterlemon Cay, where you can relax on the shore, explore the Johnny Horn trail, or take a short swim to experience some of the best snorkeling in St John. Once at Waterlemon Cay, you can enjoy a peaceful swim over starfish and sea cucumbers, surrounded by a calm sea and abundant marine life. Keep an eye out for parrotfish, blue tang, eagle rays, green turtles, and even elusive octopuses in the crystal-clear waters.
