Horsemanship 101 offers an educational experience for inexperienced riders to learn all about horses, grooming, saddling, and riding. Whether in a safe arena or out on a trail, participants will gain confidence and knowledge about caring for and enjoying horses. The adventure allows individuals to connect with the natural surroundings of the desert while exploring on horseback. Adult Horsemanship 101 is a private ride available any day, weather permitting, for individuals aged 7 and above at a rate of $95 per person for a 90-minute session. Participants are encouraged to wear jeans or pants and closed-toe shoes for comfort and safety. Helmets are provided at no charge and highly recommended for all riders. A completed waiver of liability is required for each rider, and all riders must listen to and remain with the staff at all times for their safety. Private rides with just your party and the wrangler ensure a personalized and safe experience, with the opportunity to potentially increase pace to a light trot once riders demonstrate their ability. Wranglers are on hand to assist with any questions or concerns, and will happily take a picture of you on your horse upon return. Tipping the guide directly is appreciated, and if there are any issues or feedback, participants are encouraged to contact the manager for assistance. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
