Embark on a 4-hour guided hike along the south facing coastal paths of Howth, overlooking Dublin Bay. This adventure will take you through woodlands, cliff paths, hidden beaches, and secret coves, offering a unique and off-the-beaten-path experience. Spot local wildlife such as porpoises, dolphins, seals, raptors, and more as you explore the UNESCO Biosphere. Learn about the history, legends, and culture of the area as you connect with the stories, nature, land, and sea of Howth. The hike culminates in breathtaking views of Dublin and the East Coast of Ireland. After the adventure, receive a video memento of your journey, including distance traveled, time taken, and elevation, as well as photos and videos for download in high resolution. To join the Howth Safari, meet at Bodega at Howth Market across from the train station at 11.00am. Wear cross trainers, boots, or sturdy shoes, along with lightweight long trousers to avoid nettle stings. Bring water, snacks, and weather-appropriate gear such as a light waterproof jacket, gloves, scarf, and hat.
