Join Beer Hiking Bavaria author Rich Carbonara on a scenic 15 km hike through the Bavarian countryside to Kloster Reutberg monastery. The hike offers stunning views of the Alps and passes through forests and open areas before ending at the monastery's famous Biergarten. Enjoy some of the region's tastiest beers and delicious food while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The private group rates for this 8-hour adventure range from 250€ for one person to 700€ for a group of 10 people. The price includes public transportation to and from Munich, guided hiking, and the first beer on Rich Carbonara. Participants are responsible for purchasing their own food and additional beverages at the Biergarten during the lunch stop. Participants should meet at Munich's Main Train station at 9:00 a.m. in front of the Yorma convenience store on the north side of the station. The tour will go on rain or shine, so guests should come prepared with a small pack containing essentials like a rain jacket, extra layer, water bottle, and a hat.
