Adventure Details
Embark on a boat adventure with South Island SUP where you will learn the basics of having fun on the water. This experience will provide you with safety tips, essential skills, and knowledge about efficient paddling techniques. You will also learn about the gear needed for your adventure and how to properly care for it. In just 90 minutes, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a short tour and capture some memorable moments with a few photos. When booking your boat adventure with South Island SUP, you can add a board, paddle, and lifejacket for just $10. Whether you choose to ride, run, walk, bus, or drive to the beach, the team will meet you there to maximize your time on the water. Wear weather-appropriate clothing and bring a towel and a change of clothes. Drysuits, boots, and gloves can be added to your session for an additional fee, although they are usually not needed from May to September. Remember to bring a strap for your glasses and leave electronic devices on shore or rent a dry bag for your gear. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of CAD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
