Embark on a scenic boat adventure around Monkey Island with a knowledgeable guide who will share the unique story of the island and the history of Old Homosassa. As you cruise up river, you will pass by the Old Homosassa Water Tower and make your way to the springs area just outside of the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to see beautiful crystal clear water, fish, turtles, birds, and possibly manatees, while learning about the springs and aquifer that make up this diverse river system. This 1.5 hour cruise is available seasonally from March to October and departs at 9:00am from Homosassa Springs Marina. The cost is $40 per person, and departure times may vary, so be sure to check when booking online. Upon booking, you will receive an email confirmation with all the details you need to know before setting sail on this exciting adventure.
