Changes or cancellations to your tour must be made by 6:00pm the day before to avoid penalties. Failure to show up on the day of your tour will result in being charged in full for the activity booked. Additionally, cancellations made on the same day as the tour will incur a 100% charge. Basic swimming ability is required for all tours, except Sea Trek, which has specific age and weight requirements.
