The Advanced Open Water Diver course offers a comprehensive training experience aimed at advancing divers' skills. Participants will have the opportunity to practice navigation and buoyancy, as well as try deep diving and choose three specialty dives from a variety of options such as Digital Underwater Photography, Night Diving, and Wreck Diving. The course requires a time commitment of 2-3 days or 5 dives in total, with an additional 6-8 hours of eLearning prior to the practical training. To enroll in the Advanced Open Water Diver course, participants must hold a PADI Open Water Diver certification or a qualifying entry-level certification. The minimum age requirement to start the course is 12 years old, with divers aged 15 and above earning an Advanced Open Water Diver certification upon completion. Younger divers between the ages of 10-14 can earn Junior certifications, which can be upgraded to full Advanced Open Water Diver status at age 15.
