The Advanced Open Water Diver course offers divers the opportunity to enhance their skills through a combination of training and specialty dives. Participants will engage in activities such as navigation, deep diving, and three specialty dives of their choice. These specialty dives can contribute towards earning PADI® specialty certifications, providing divers with a well-rounded and diverse skill set. The course requires a time commitment of 2-3 days or 5 dives in total, with an additional 6-8 hours of eLearning to prepare for the practical components. Some of the popular adventure dives that participants can choose from include Deep, Navigation, Wreck, Search and Recovery, Night, Nitrox, and Peak Performance Buoyancy. The Deep Dive and Navigation Dive are mandatory, while the other specialty dives can be tailored to suit individual interests and preferences. The course is open to individuals who hold a PADI Open Water Diver certification or a qualifying entry-level certification, with a minimum age requirement of 12 years old. Younger divers between the ages of 10-14 can earn a Junior Adventure Diver or Junior Advanced Open Water Diver certification. Overall, the Advanced Open Water Diver course provides a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience for divers looking to advance their skills and knowledge in the underwater world. With a focus on practical training and specialty dives, participants can tailor their learning journey to suit their interests and goals. Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental.
