Adventure Details
The Odyssea Open Water Diver Certification course is a 3 to 4 day adventure where a highly-trained PADI Instructor will teach you how to scuba dive in a relaxed, supportive environment. The course includes eLearning, all necessary gear, pool sessions, a shore dive in San Diego, and a day of boat diving. By the end of the course, you will have the skills and knowledge to dive at home or abroad as an ambassador for the underwater world. The itinerary for the course includes completing PADI eLearning at your own pace, practicing using scuba gear in a pool with your instructor, and making four dives in open water. Participants must be able to swim, medically fit for diving, and comfortable in the water, with a minimum age requirement of 10 years old. Additional dives may be required for some students, with an extra fee for further instruction. Medical requirements for scuba diving must be met, and participants are encouraged to purchase their own mask, fins, and snorkel for comfort, although this is not required as all necessary gear is provided in the course purchase. Basic scuba gear, such as a regulator, BCD, wetsuit, and more, is included in the Tier pricing. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
