TejoConvida is a unique boat adventure that is part of the living heritage of the Tejo River. Established by official decree in 2008, TejoConvida consists of typical boats from the Tejo River, with its founding moment taking place at the ancient Cais de Pedra da Moita in 1724. The Canoas da TejoConVida, Gavião dos Mares, and Salvaram-me are all part of the living heritage of the Portuguese Navy, with their authenticity certified and displayed in the Navy of Tejo's registry book at the Navy Museum. These boats have recently been certified, inspected, and legalized for maritime-tourism activities, holding the necessary approvals from the Tourism of Portugal. With RNAAT 226/2015 and 247/2015, TejoConvida ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all passengers while upholding the rich heritage and tradition of the Tejo River's typical boats. The mission of TejoConvida is to share smiles, flavors, knowledge, identity, culture, heritage, and to preserve the unique Canoas Típicas do Tejo. By sailing with TejoConvida, guests not only partake in a memorable boat adventure but also contribute to the preservation of a one-of-a-kind legacy in the world.
