This personalized experience is led by fun and professional Maui-native surfers, perfect for first-time or intermediate surfers looking to improve their skills. All lessons are private, ensuring individualized attention, and include like-new equipment such as surf boards, surf shirts, and surf shoes. The lesson times for this adventure are 7:30am, 9:20am, and 11:10am seven days a week, with early morning sessions recommended for optimal surf conditions and fewer crowds. The 1.5-hour lesson includes gear like SPF 150 rash guards, protective reef booties, and top-of-the-line soft-top surfboards. Participants are encouraged to bring sunscreen, a towel, water, and a camera to capture the memorable experience. At Rivers to the Sea, safety is a top priority, with all surf instructors being CPR and First Aid certified. Students will use safe, soft-top surfboards, with the option for fiberglass surfboard rentals for experienced surfers at an additional cost.
