This advanced course is ideal for individuals who have already achieved their Advanced Open Water certification and have a minimum of 100 logged dives, and are at least 21 years old. The course includes e-learning, classroom instruction, a pool session, and 2 open water dives, providing a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience. Participants in the Solo Diver course must come prepared with their own gear and a bail-out bottle, with doubles preferred but not required for single dives. Quarry and boat fees are not included in the course cost, and private classes may incur additional fees to cover instructor expenses. To further enhance the learning experience, students are provided with a reading list that includes essential texts such as Mark Powell's "Intro to Technical Diving" and "Deco Procedures," as well as the gripping true story "Shadow Divers."
