Embark on a 1.5-hour kayak adventure through the picturesque mangroves with Virgin Islands Ecotours. Begin with an introduction and orientation at the marina before boarding a tandem kayak with your guide. Paddle through the mangrove passageways to Bird Island, where you can witness a stunning sunset and observe birds flying to their evening roost. Explore the island from a unique perspective before continuing around Bovoni Cay and returning to the marina. Don't forget to show appreciation for your guides with a gratuity. All necessary equipment, including tandem kayaks, paddles, and personal floatation devices, are provided for your convenience. Guests are encouraged to bring a waterproof camera to capture the beauty of the surroundings, and waterproof binoculars are recommended for wildlife spotting. The Mangrove Lagoon, where the adventure takes place, is easily accessible at 6526 Estate Nadir #2 St. Thomas, VI 00802, just a short distance from Routes 30 & 32. Transportation options, including round-trip taxi rides, are available for added convenience.
