Experience the rising popularity of stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) with a lesson in Hawaii or Japan. This SUP lesson tour is perfect for those who want to try SUP but are inexperienced and feeling a bit nervous, as it comes with a Japanese-speaking instructor. All instructors are certified in CPR and first aid, ensuring a safe and secure tour for groups of 4 to 6 customers per instructor. Choose from morning (9:45-12:15) or afternoon (12:00-2:30) lessons, with the course taking you from Kailua Beach to Popoia Island (Flat Island) with a 30-minute paddle. Upon arrival at the island, enjoy a break with water and snacks provided by the instructor before embarking on an eco-tour. Learn about the history, nature, and wildlife surrounding Kailua and Popoia Island, as well as Hawaii's environmental conservation efforts. Capture unique photos that can only be taken from Popoia Island and leave with a sense of accomplishment, reminding yourself to bring back your own trash for environmental protection. Please note that the tour may be subject to changes due to weather conditions.
