Experience the thrill of whitewater rafting with our most popular adventure on the Deerfield River's Zoar Gap section. With Class II and III rapids, this trip is perfect for families, offices, church groups, and scouts with a minimum age of 7. The longest commercial whitewater rafting trip in Massachusetts, it spans 10 miles from Fife Brook Dam to our private take-out in Charlemont, with exciting rapids like Hurricane Hole and Pinball. Enjoy a riverside picnic lunch, swim, and relax before rafting back to basecamp for hot showers and a slide show of the day's adventure. Choose from full-day or half-day trips with rates varying by season. Full-day trips start at 10:30 am, include lunch, and end around 4:30 pm, while half-day trips start at 12:15 pm with lunch on campus and conclude at 4:30 pm. Wetsuits are included in early and late season, with rentals available during peak and fall seasons. One person rides for free with every 12 guests booked, making it a great option for group outings. Meet at our base in Charlemont, Massachusetts for an unforgettable rafting experience on the Deerfield River. Prepare for your adventure by bringing clothing that can get wet, avoiding cotton, and wearing appropriate footwear. Wetsuits, splash jackets, and neoprene river booties are available for rental. Guests must be willing and able to follow safety instructions, wear a helmet and personal flotation device, and demonstrate basic swimming skills. Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of USD 0.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions?
