Rules for this Adventure
Boat Rental Rules & Guidelines 1. No Alcohol or Illegal Substances - Absolutely no consumption or possession of alcohol or illegal substances permitted on board. 2. Capacity Limits - Do not exceed the stated maximum number of passengers at any time. 3. Safety Equipment - Life jackets must be worn by all passengers under the age of 12 at all times. - Life jackets provided onboard must remain accessible for every passenger. - Children Life jackets must be provided by you as we provide adult size ones only 4. Operator Requirements - The designated boat operator must hold a valid Pleasure Craft Operator Card (or applicable boating license). - Operator must remain sober and alert during the entire rental period. 5. Respect Quiet Zones and Wildlife Areas - Follow marked guidelines for quiet zones; keep noise levels respectful in residential and wildlife areas. 6. No Smoking - Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on board. 7. Pets Policy - Pets allowed only upon prior approval. Owners are responsible for any pet-related damages or cleaning needs. 8. Cleanliness and Condition - Boat must be returned in the same condition as it was rented. Remove all garbage and personal belongings at the end of the rental. 9. Fuel - Boat must be returned with the fuel tank filled to the level it was at the start of your rental unless otherwise arranged. 10. Damages and Liability - Renters are responsible for any damages caused to the boat or equipment during the rental period. 11. Restricted Activities - Fishing permitted only with prior approval. - No towing of individuals (water skiing, tubing) unless specifically authorized in advance. 12. Weather Conditions - Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled in case of unsafe weather conditions. 13. Docking and Anchoring - Boat must be docked or anchored only in designated areas to prevent damage. 14. Emergency Procedures - In case of emergency or mechanical issues, contact the provided emergency number immediately.

Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of CAD 2,500.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental.
