Rules for this Adventure
Operate the boat safely and responsibly. Follow all applicable Canadian and Ontario boating laws and regulations. Observe posted speed limits, no-wake zones, navigation rules, and local restrictions. Ensure passengers are safely seated when required. Ensure appropriate life jackets/PFDs are available and used as required by law and whenever appropriate for the conditions. Never operate the boat while impaired by alcohol, cannabis, drugs, medication, fatigue, or any other substance or condition that could affect safe operation. Never permit an unauthorized or unqualified person to operate the vessel. Not exceed the boat's legal or manufacturer-rated capacity (6). Not use the boat for racing, competitions, or any unauthorized commercial activity. Not intentionally beach, ground, jump, or otherwise misuse the boat. Not tow any person or recreational device other than the towables provided by the Owner. Return the boat, equipment, and accessories in substantially the same condition in which they were received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Notify the Owner immediately of any accident, collision, mechanical problem, damage, loss, or other incident involving the boat. Not leave the vessel unattended in an unsecured location without the Owner's permission.

Damage Deposit
Your payment method will be charged a damage deposit of CAD 1,000.00 24h prior to your rental. Pending any damages, the damage deposit will be returned 48h post rental. This damage deposit secures the host if the boat is damaged during your rental. The damage deposit must be taken from the same card that the booking was made on. Questions? Delivery/ Pickup Fee
This host offers delivery and pickup for CAD 2.50 per km/mi round trip. For example, if it is 10km to your dropoff, you will be billed 20km for pickup or delivery.
